What To Do In Barcelona

Barcelona is wonderful in the daytime with the fantastic beaches surrounding this town, as well as the dazzling museums, studios, shopping and parks. There's so much to do in the daytime, particularly on a pleasant day. And the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down, there's also though lots to do in the evenings in Barcelona. Check out a couple of our concepts. The are some great Barcelona apartments to rent in the city to make your stay even better.

1. Visit the 'Magic Fountain of Montjuic ' and see one of the rather fantastic firework displays, with the fireworks set to the sound of classical music. The free performances take place at the Placa Espanya in the summer months and winter months in the evenings, usually on Fridays and Saturdays. Days and times change and you will find out exact information from the local tourist office.

2. Go to an FC Barcelona match. The Nou Camp Stadium is believed to be one of the best soccer stadiums in the world. Holding almost 100,000 people, the Nou camp is home to the powerful FC Barcelona. You can mostly grab tickets for the Barcelona home games though champions League games are frequently sold out ahead so book early.

3. Eat in a great restaurant e. G the Catalan restaurant named ; Madrid Barcelona '. This is my favourite restaurant in Barcelona and the mix of decent prices, good service, wonderful food and nice dcor make this an excellent place to eat. This cafe has been open since the 1920s and can be discovered at Carrer d'Arago, 282, Barcelona.

4. Walk along the boardwalk. In the summer months it stays light until nearly 10pm and you can love taking an agreeable wander along the lengthy boardwalk. There also are many bars and cafes along the boardwalk thus it can be a awfully agreeable area to spend an evening. In the early hours like 1am or 2am this area can then become a touch more noisy where all of the bars are situated and a much younger early twenties crowd take over. If you are young and looking to party through the night then this is ideal. For older folk after ten or 11pm this area could be less attractive but do enjoy the early evenings on the boardwalk.

5. The touristy area of La Rambla can be energetic throughout the evenings, with many street performers, food stalls, cafes and bars open and lively. You have to be careful in the sense that the bars and restaurants are rather more dear that what you will find one or two streets away, nonetheless it is lively if energetic is what you're looking for. There are numerous areas which are energetic at night in Barcelona so just jump on the Barcelona Metro and explore. Public transport in Barcelona is extraordinarily cheap and efficient. To be in amongst the action Barcelona apartment rentals are ideal for your stay in the city.
